Welcome to My Personal Page
Join me in my efforts to raise money for Hospice of the South Shore! This year my Mom, sisters and other family will walk together in memory of Jean York, she was a special friend of my mom's who was really more like family to all of us. She lived down the Cape and was able to stay home with the help of hospice, she actually called me in May to ask me how she could get into hospice as she knew she could benefit from it. Our goal is to raise $1000.00 so her name will go on the memory board at SSH.Every small donation helps, thank-you!!!
More than 3,000 walkers, from our community are coming together to help raise awareness and funds for Hospice of the South Shore at the 26th Annual Walk for Hospice on March 18.
Hospice of the South Shore cares for patients facing life limiting illnesses and their families. A team of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers makes each patient as comfortable as possible, most often in their own home, and ensure people live with dignity until the end of their life. Additionally, Hospice of the South Shore shows families how to care for a dying loved one, and supports the family emotionally and socially. Their goal is to help patients and their families have closure and peace at the end of life; making every moment count. Care is given regardless of their ability to pay and donations from the community help make this possible.
Help me do my part!
